Workplace Investigations Institute

Building practical resources to help HR professionals conduct better workplace investigations.

Why I’m Building It

As I transitioned into Employee Relations, I realized that practical investigation resources were surprisingly difficult to find. There were policies and legal articles, but very little that showed what good investigations actually look like in practice.

I’m building Workplace Investigations Institute to organize the tools, templates, examples, and lessons I’m learning so they’re useful for both myself and other HR professionals.

What I’m Learning

Building this project has forced me to become a better investigator, writer, and teacher. Every article requires me to organize ideas clearly enough that someone else can actually use them.
